Fruit Party (Amaya) Review
As colorful as any tropical celebration, Fruit Party is sprinkled with confetti and ribbons that match the variety of fruits it showcases. Symbols begin with the lowly Lemon and continue to raise in value with the Watermelon, Grapes, Orange or pair of Cherries. While fruit is the main feature, the big-winning game symbols at the Fruit Party are the cocktails, which include a Blue Martini, a tall glass filled with a pink concoction and then a fun umbrella-garnished coconut shell beverage that also works as a general purpose Wild.
Sweet Features
Two Scatter symbols rake in similar winnings whenever 3 or more of a kind line up on 1 of the 9 winning paylines. Though the Party Scatter and the Mystery Scatter look different, they work in basically the same way, by awarding a random coin prize that can range from a minimum of 1 all the way up to 2,700.
The coconut-shell Wild symbol won’t substitute for the Scatter and Bonus symbols, nor does it fill in for any of the lower-valued fruit icons. However, it is helpful for completing combinations featuring the higher-paying cocktail symbols.
Party Pick Bonus Game
This fun little mini-game triggers fairly frequently and couldn’t be simpler. Just collect 3, 4, or 5 bonus symbols on adjacent reels and you win a multiplier based on how many symbols appear. A 1X multiplier comes with 3 symbols, 2X with 4, and matching 5 symbols will triple your winning.
In addition to that multiplier, a separate screen opens up and fun party music plays as you’re presented with a table covered with a selection of individual fruits and cocktails. Click on them one at a time to reveal a hidden multiplier. Keep clicking until the word “Collect” is revealed. At that time, all your multipliers are added up and you’re shown your total prize. This figure equals your win multiplier times your bonus multiplier, times the number of credits played and can pay as high as 2,700 credits. Also, if it turns out that the very first picture you click reveals the word “Collect”, you win all the multipliers at once.
