Blue Heart Review
You can be forgiven for not knowing much about Amusnet Interactive, and we can tell you that this studio doesn’t really belong to the cream of the crop. It is capable of releasing some decent slots, though, so let’s now examine the one called Blue Heart. Its playing field has 5 reels, 4 rows and 100 paylines, and it’s worth pointing out that the number of paylines isn’t fixed.
The theme of Blue Heart is all about precious gems, though you’ll also get to meet two characters on the slot’s reels. It’s supposed to be your usual glamor slot, but, unfortunately, the delivery falls a bit flat, and the game’s visuals are nothing to write home about.
Blue Heart Slot – Reels Screen
As for the slot’s math model, it comes with a low-medium volatility level, and the most you can win in one go is 1,000x your bet. That, of course, is without taking the game’s progressive jackpots into consideration. The least that you can play for is then £0.01 per spin, while high rollers can risk as much as £1,000 per game round at select casinos. Finally, the theoretical RTP of Blue Heart is 96.03%.
Blue Heart Slot Features
There are 10 pay symbols in Blue Heart, and it’s possible to divide them into 4 low pays, 4 mid pays, and 2 high pays. For low pays, there are your usual card ranks, and those pay up to 1.25x your bet per combination. Then, there are various precious gems and stones, which pay up to 4x your bet per combo. Finally, there are two character symbols, which pay 6x your bet for a full set.
Aside from those, there are also Diamond Wilds and Jewellery Scatters. Diamond Wilds can substitute for other symbols in combos, and they also come with high payout values of their own. Jewellery Scatters, on the other hand, trigger free spins.
Blue Heart Slot – Big Win Screen
For that to happen, you have to land 3 Jewellery Scatters in one go. You’ll then activate the Free Spins feature, which comes with 10 free spins and possible retriggers.
Next, there’s the Jackpot Cards feature, which can trigger at random after any paid spin, and which is how you can win the slot’s progressive jackpots. Once you trigger the feature, you’ll get to keep picking from cards until you collect 3 with a matching suit. Then, you’ll grab the corresponding progressive jackpot and return back to the base game!
And, to round things off, there’s also the Gamble feature that you can use to – hopefully – boost your wins. It’s your usual card-guessing affair, though, and it doesn’t really add anything of substance to the actual gameplay.
Review Summary
At the end of the day, it’s hard to be excited about Blue Heart. While it’s always nice to be able to win 4 progressive jackpots, the game’s presentation is rather unappealing, and it all just feels unpolished and rough overall. Blue Heart is not a particularly bad game, but there are many better ones out there.
Pros
- Up to 100 paylines
- 4 progressive jackpots
Cons
- Unappealing presentation
