Dragon Reborn (EGT) Review
This game has a total of 20 pay-lines on its five reels and three rows of symbols. In the background, we get to see green fields and rocky hills probably because they haven’t managed to build anything yet. No sign of any dragons but they are somewhere around. You have no choice but to play all those 20. The only decision you need to make before spinning the reels is how much you are going to stake. This can be played from a minimum of 20 coins to 400 coins a spin. Not a bad range and if you wager an amount you can afford to live without then you will be fine.
Symbols in the game include a princess, a warrior, a dragon that is encased in ember, a dragon’s eye, a sword, a potion bottle, a silver broach, gold horn, and a shield. We also get the Jack to Ace playing card symbols which are the lower paying ones in this game.
A Wild Dragon
It’s the dragons eye that is wild in this game and I doubt the dragon is so happy either. This can substitute for other symbols to help get you some valuable winning combinations but only appears on the second to fifth reels. It’s not able to work its magic and sub for the dragon in ember which fulfils the role of the scatter symbol here and is only seen on the second to fourth reels. That would give you assistance in triggering the bonus game.
In order to get some free spins, you require three of those scatter symbols to end up anywhere on the reels at the end of a spin. This awards you between 10 and 25 free spins and there’s a new set of reels used for the free games.
To determine how many free spins, you will be playing with, you need to collect some eggs. This also decides what the additional wild symbol will be during the free spins round. You can either get ten free spins with the Jack as an added wild for two Jack Symbols collected. Alternatively, it can be 15 free spins with the Queen as an added wild for three Queen symbols collected. It’s twenty free spins with the King as the additional wild if four King symbols are collected and the top offer is 25 free spins with the Ace as the added wild for five Ace symbols collected. You will be glad to read that there are more wild symbols on the reels thus increasing your chances of getting winning combinations.
It’s in the Cards
This is another EGT slot that features the Jackpot Cards Bonus. This pops up randomly but the more you stake, the higher your chance of it paying a visit. There are four prize levels which in rising value are: club, diamond, heart, and spade. There are 12 cards and you need to turn them over to reveal a suit. First suit to get three matching symbols is the prize level you win, so come on you spades.
There is also a gamble feature in this game and more playing cards. Simply make a correct guess on what the colour of the next playing card will be in order to double your win. Get it wrong though and that win is lost, so be careful with this tricky task. At least it’s only possible to gamble wins
With there being plenty happening in this slot, it’s important to look through the paytable. That’s packed with information such as how much the winning combinations pay out. It also explains how to play the bonus features and how to win the Jackpot Cards Bonus. Another great idea is to have some free games in order to see how everything works out.
There’s certainly a great deal going on in this slot and you just must play it. The free spins round is a good one with the chance to get excellent wins thanks to the additional wild on the reels. There’s also the Jackpot Cards Bonus that can turn up at any time and of course the Gamble feature which is best used sparingly. The theme is well adhered to so give this a go.
